At Road Worthy NEO, we’re building a reliable path to work for young adults in Northeast Ohio. That requires more than donated cars—it takes the right partners. If you share our mission, there’s a role for you.

Types of partners we’re seeking

1. Auto training programs
   • If you run vehicle repair or automotive coursework, we’d love to partner with you to support student learning.
   • We can work with you so that vehicles used for training can become Road Worthy vehicles through our inspection and selection process.
2. Auto repair companies
   • We’re seeking repair partners willing to donate labor to recondition vehicles into safe, road-worthy vehicles.
   • Road Worthy NEO covers parts—we’re specifically looking for businesses who can help with professional workmanship.
3. Car dealers (new or used)
   • We partner with dealers who have inventory that may meet our vehicle quality standards.
   • Vehicles can be donated to us, or sold to us at a price that fits within our program’s purchase and repair limits.
4. Parts and fluid providers
   • Some vehicles need specific parts and consumables to become dependable.
   • We welcome partners who can donate key items like parts, fluids, or maintenance supplies used during repairs.
5. Professional service organizations
   • We’re also looking for partners who may work with clients who want to donate as part of:
     • estate settlement, or
     • other financial and tax planning strategies.
   • If you serve your clients in these ways, we’d be glad to provide guidance and partnership options.
6. Workforce and skilled-trades training programs
   • If you train students in manufacturing, auto repair, or other skilled trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC), we want to help connect transportation to employment.
   • Many trainees need reliable transit to complete training and begin working—our partnership helps close that gap.
7. Other community partners & volunteers
   • We’re always looking for volunteers and skill-based partners, including people who can help identify quality vehicles, support inspections, or assist with program logistics.
